Important Update – Visa Renewal Requirements for Partners and Investors

As per the latest UAE immigration regulations, please be advised of an important change in the documentation required for Partner and Investor visa renewals:

Corporate Bank Statement Requirement

  • Effective immediately, a 6-month corporate bank statement (showing balance and transactions) from the company’s active UAE bank account must be provided to renew any Partner/Investor visa under that company.

Alternative Option

  • In the absence of a corporate account, a personal UAE bank account statement (6 months, with balance and transactions) may be submitted.
  • Please note: acceptance of personal bank statements is at the discretion of the immigration authorities and not guaranteed.

What This Means for You

  • Maintaining a company bank account in good standing is now more critical than ever.
  • We strongly advise clients to ensure their banking relationships are properly established and maintained to avoid renewal delays or complications.
